I love this new flavour. The shape of the bar is great, too, makes it easy to take small bites and eat it slower. Only misgiving I have is about the increase in non-recyclable packaging.

● Peak chocolate bars are sweetened with Maltitol. Maltitol is an all-natural sugar substitute. We use it to replace refined cane sugar because it has half as many calories and does not promote tooth decay. It has also been shown to have a lesser effect on blood glucose spikes. Maltitol is safe, even for people with diabetes and food allergies and is only present in small quantities in Peak. Just about 7g per bar.
